Terms of Use

Listening

The 313 LIVE stream is free for personal, non-commercial listening. Do not record, re-stream, rebroadcast or publicly perform the stream (for example in a venue or a shop), or embed it in another service, without our written permission.

Music and content

The music we play belongs to its artists, labels and publishers. Site text, logos, artwork and photos belong to 313 LIVE or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without asking.

Requests

Track requests are suggestions. We may limit, skip or reorder requests to keep the programming balanced and within our licenses.

Submitting music

When you submit music, you confirm that you own or control the rights to the recording and artwork, or that you have permission to send them. A submission does not guarantee airplay. Any promotional permission you grant on the submission form applies as stated on that form.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. That includes attempts to break in, overload or scrape it, sending spam through our forms, and uploading anything unlawful or harmful.

Availability

We work to keep the signal on 24/7, but the stream and site are provided “as is” and may be interrupted at times.

Links

We may link to other sites, for example artists, labels and stores. We are not responsible for their content.
